The room was great - a futon couch in one are and behind a wall the 2 beds. Tv in each area allowing adults and children to watch different things. Breakfast was OK.

Nice little Best Western. Our room was nice, clean, comfortable. The property should note that there are only stair access to the upper floor. We had difficulty navigating the stairs with baggage

The stay was fine. Nice clean room. The door to our room (which was an outside door) was bent at the bottom as though someone had kicked it. I could see outside through the big bent crack and bugs would occasionally saunter through it. Other than the door, everything was ok.

This was my second stay at the BW Oasis. The staff are very friendly. The room, one bed King, one person was clean and had everything I eeded/ wanted: coffee machine, enough towels, a desk, large tv and it was clean. Guests are quiet, the pet area is small but clean. There is a lot of area to walk my dog around the hotel area. I will stay again in my travels to/ through Joplin, MO

The place is way outdated. We actually got up out of bed and left around 11 PM because of the loud running and stomping on the second floor. We called the front desk and they said they attempted to get the people above us to stop. Didn’t do any good in fact it got worse which we honestly expected. I understand they can only do so much. We requested a full refund but were told it wouldn’t be until Monday after the manager is notified. Again which is what we expected so we will wait and see. We will never stay in a Best Western again.

Mediocre at best. If you’re looking for a pool, do not believe the pictures. It’s half empty and very dark looking. A room carpet was stained with some sort of red coloring. Parking lot sketchy for sure and plenty of broken glass and trash, laying around in it. Parking lot felt a little unsafe after dark.
