The room was tiny. The refrigerator was next to my bed side! Heard the compressor cycle on and off all night. Coffee maker didn’t work and that was the second room. First room the tv didn’t work so had to move. Don’t stay there!!

It was okay.

First, I had no idea when I booked this room that this was a MOTEL with outside entrances. It was super cold this evening and I didn't like having to haul my suitcases through the snow to get into my room. We didn't get to use any other ammenities because at zero degrees, going outside of the room was not an option. I will say that the heater worked well. There was a modest choice for breakfast. And nothing had been shoveled or plowed, making it a bit dangerous to get around the property. And the people who were staying above us were clomping around all night.

Incredible!

Got there just as a monster snow Storm hit. Next morning half expected no breakfast. Two employees had stayed the night and had the buffet ready. Awesome...remarkable display of customer service!!

The best thing about the hotel was the very nice lady who ran the breakfast area. She was super nice and took pride in the breakfast food. It was a great way to start our day!

Woke up a little stiff

The staff was courteous and did the best that they could with a 50 year old building that was 15 years past due on a remodel. The linens were fresh and well laundered. But the bed may have been originally carved out for a prop on a Flintstones episode.

Looks nice on photos posted but crappy place. Rooms are not in the high rise building that shows on the picture. It’s a motel and you park your car in front of your room. I didn’t feel safe staying there. They renovated the headboard and lights but the beds are old and bathroom is old. Need full renovation.

Not a bad stay

A nice place to call home for a bit while working. A little small but still manageable for what I needed. Getting to the property is a little confusing but once you get it, it's easy to get in and out.

Best Western? More like Worst Western. The pictures on Expedia are a far cry from what the property actually looks like. The shower curtain was too short and blew free the entire shower and I had to stuff a wash rag in the tub drain to keep it open. The walls must be super thin because we were awoken to the sound of our neighbor’s springs squeaking as the enjoyed each others company on two occasions in the middle of the night. Added to the inability to block the millions of lumins entering our window from the security lights through our blinds. Don’t waste your time here if you are looking for a place to rest.

We have always enjoyed staying at Best Westerns but this time not so much. I woke up before dawn in pain. I could not get comfortable. The mattress in room 106 definitely needs to be replaced.
