We won’t be back. The lobby smelled like marijuana when we checked in, there were never towels in the pool area, our keycard had to be reactivated twice, the bottom of our fridge was full of water, the toilet in our room barely worked, and we woke up the last day to find all of our stuff covered in ants.

You have to tell them you want house keeping to clean everday. Other wise they wont be in your room

At first check-in our room reeked of fresh paint. The front desk person quickly and graciously assigned us a new room - so that part was nice. We were hoping to use the hot tub and were told once we were checked in that it was no longer available- even though there are many signs directing to the Spa. So that was disappointing. The place is undergoing renovations so it’s a little dirty and feels like it’s in transition. Will probably be much nicer when it’s done.

Customer service wanted to help.

Hotel was clean, peaceful, and service was great. TV went out, outlet in the bathroom didn't work and the air conditioner was out of order. There did ask if we wanted another room two days later. But, customer service did helped with most of our problems with the room. Over all the stay was good.

Room was very nice and the free breakfast was very good. Room toilet needed service as did not flush well and the electricity went out in the room at about 4AM.

This motel should not be operating right now until all refurbishing is done. We walked into a torn up lobby flooring and very loud pounding. The floor was very dirty and dusty. The young lady at the desk had to cover her mouth and nose while checking us in. Luckily the workers left around 5:30 but were back at pounding and painting at 8:00. We had to be gone 2/3 of the day luckily so we did not have to hear the constant pounding. The rooms were very nice and had been recently refurbished. Except there were no bars in the closet to hang our clothes. We were very sorry to have chosen this place on line. We left a night early. It will be nice when done, but not now!!
