Overall the stay was good; however upon check in apparently there was an issue with a card provided by Expedia. The desk clerk then proceeded to say the words card declined 3 times. Mind you this was not my card but something the needed from Expedia. I presented my paid in full receipt and they asked me to take a seat until his manager could get there and he checked in the other guests. We waited 10 minutes and the manager arrived and checked us in no problem. The manager was great; however it could be a learning opportunity to use different words as it was quite embarrassing to be told the card was declined in front of a line of people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hallways were a bit confusing and they out of the blue popped out of nowhere to help direct me. And other than being under construction / it was surprisingly clean. Great showers. Bed was mostly comfortable. Loved being on the first floor. Windows are really easy to hear people outside but we were by the makeshift entrance.it was a nice relaxing get away.

Lobby was being remodeled but made it clear where to acess it still. Very clean considering construction going on and very friendly and helpful staff. The room we booked was over booked they put us in a different room and gave discount.
