I have stayed here several times and it’s always been a very good experience. It’s clean safe and a very nice location close to lots of shopping and dining. Room is quiet and comfortable with a full refrigerator and freezer as well as a microwave and stove. Just remember to bring your own silverware etc!

The property is in an excellent location and the welcome and friendliness of the staff is way above average! The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue that brings my rating down to average on property is that the toilet leaked around the bottom at floor level. We reported it and asked for a different room as soon as we checked in. We were told there was not another room but that maintenance would come fix it the next morning. That never happened over our 4 night stay. Therefore we had to keep a towel around the bottom on the floor to soak up the leak. When we checked out, we told them yet again and the clerk said that has already been fixed. We told her "No" that it had not. She checked and said that was another room on the same floor with the same problem. This in itself is a concern. We could tell that the toilet was either missing its wax ring or the wax ring was torn. There were no bolts holding down the toilet, so the wax ring (if it was there) could shift. If this was happening in other rooms, then the installation of toilets is faulty in the building. This seems to be a very good property overall. The kitchenette was beautiful and very clean - looked new - as well as the rest of the bath. However a toilet problem can bring everything down. And truly the staff was excellent - the only reason they get less than excellent in service is that we reported the toilet issue and were left to live with it for 4 nights.

Room was a good value,we had a handicap accessible room and roll in shower. The only complaints about the room was the bed was very low to the ground and there were no chairs except the ones at the table.There were also no breakfast options,but the coffee was good..

This property was the best! We travel for AAU and this was the absolute best stay for the price! Everything was so clean! Everywhere I went from front lobby, to elevator, to our room - smelled nice & clean! The staff were absolutely amazing. Even while I worked down in the lobby area in the morning; they greeted every single person that came through that door. As well as each other as they came in for their shifts! There was a new lady training and the manager was so great with teaching her the “My Place” way. It was great to see and hear them take so much care & pride into taking care of each customer correctly and promptly. I can’t say enough about how we enjoyed our stay. I will be back when we are up this way. My teenage son was also impressed. Keep up the great work! Don’t change! Use this place as a training location!

Useless kitchen/stove top!

Why bother putting in and advertising a stove/kitchen and not provide pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, etc? You would either have to bring your own items or buy them to use the stove or prepare and eat a meal in your room! Very disappointing to get to your room expecting to be able to cook and not be able to!

The hotel room was spacious. 2 queen beds, a comfy recliner, table with 2 chairs, full size fridge, closet, etc. It was also clean and the front desk staff was great. There is no free breakfast here. We didn’t know our room would have an adjoining door until it was too late. Our neighbors on the other side of the door were very loud and kept us awake and then first thing in the morning they turned on the TV and it was loud again. If all the rooms are adjoining door rooms, we wouldnt stay here again.

The property is. Little older but well kept up and very convenient. A lot of offerings in n the room with the fridge and stove etc. felt safe and loved the heater/fan on auto! Staff was good when we entered and left.
