I made an honest mistake and notified them that I had the dates wrong and was wanting them just to change my reservation date and not charged me for both reservations but they would not do that. I understand policy but I also understand people make mistakes and it would be different if I wasn't booking a different stay. But now I have to pay for two hotel stays instead of one and instead of a huge corporation being compassionate

Quiet clean and comfortable

Checkin, room comfort and quietness and breakfast was excellent. Our mother's handicap room had a phone that did not work which I feel was a safety issue for her. She cannot see well so we must check in on her.

I enjoyed the staff as they were very friendly and responsive. They had a nice breakfast and bar that was offered later in the day. The location is easy to access and I will stay there again during my travel in the area.
