Hotel needs maintenance; rooms had torn curtains and bedding. Vinyl base was coming away from wall in hallways and lobby. Bed was comfortable and staff were nice that’s about it. Breakfast, don’t wait your time, slim picking. For the price, I expect a better experience.

The staff at the property (front desk, custodial, food service) were all amazing and so, so kind! The hotel lobby was bright and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The location is very convenient. The room was generally fantastic, with lots of space (we stayed in a two queen bed suite, which also had a couch with a trundle bed). There were some spattered stains/spills on the walls in a couple of places, but the room was overall quite clean. These spots looked like perhaps someone splashed coffee or something, and didn't really bother me (and I'm a very picky person). The pool was nice, and the location felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

The team is the star. I stay at a lot of hotels. And the team here was so friendly. They were amazing. I had a very talkative 7 yr old with me. And they interacted so well with them. They were patient. And even told me how much they enjoyed talking to him. Everything was clean. We loved our room. Great location. Definitely a fantastic stay. Also the pool was clean. They kept the towels etc picked up. And it wasnt overly chemical. And the breakfast was great. The team setting up and cleaning it were friendly and fast. Over all a great stay.

We stayed overnight due to attending a funeral the next morning at 9:00am and we live an hour away. We thought it would be best to stay near the funeral location in Kansas City than risk getting caught in traffic the day of the funeral.

Breakfast of champions? Not even close.

Everything was fine, until we went to breakfast. The desk staff, was kind,friendly, and fast. Room was clean. It was going well. And the breakfast service was absolutely terrible. 3 people running around accomplishing nothing. 9 am all food was empty except honeydew. Only milk left was frozen. Bacon was barely cooked 20 minutes later. Plenty of coffee, but no creamer or milk. Only 1 silverware, had to wait 20 minutes. Counter splattered with trash. One thing that was quick was the bill.This breakfast might have caused this to be my last stay.

The young man on the night shift for the front desk was extremely helpful and informative. Everything about the facility and even the guest we're pleasant and friendly. The pool and weight room were a huge plus.
