Would never stay again.

There were at least 15 bugs flying around our head all night. It was disgusting. There was a dead bug on our bed. We paid extra for a river view and our window was so dirty and fogged up we couldn’t see. Not to mention the DOZENS of bugs, dead and alive, in the window.

The staff was amazing and everyone was so helpful. Initially we were put on the bottom floor right in front of the pool, as we wanted a quieter weekend, we asked if we could be moved and immediately were accommodated. Such great people! The room had a ton of gnats and we couldn’t open the window and enjoy the sound of the river because of all of the bugs. They were in the room not just in the windows. We know they didn’t bite so we didn’t bother to tell the staff. Our room didn’t get cleaned because we didn’t know we had to put a tag on our door asking to be cleaned, so we just asked for more towels and it was fine as we are clean anyway. The bikes are awesome and we took a 2 mile ride in the morning after breakfast. The staff in the kitchen are all so sweet, accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. Looking forward to seeing how the renovations go!

The place wasnt too bad I guess. Check in was great, I had booked a one night stay but 2 days before I wanted to change it to 2 nights but couldnt so i ended up having to book another night but had to change rooms. When we checked in the guy changed it so I wouldnt have to change rooms without asking me which was great. The rooms don't look like the pictures on the website. I was suppose to be in what they called a superior room. Furniture was outdated and scratched up, dents in the fridge, carpet was old. the view of the river was good, pool was nice, hot tube was out of order. Breakfast was awful. The restaurant was being remolded along with a wing of the building. Once all the rooms are remolded it will be a nice place.
