Room was nice. Staff were nice. Pool area seemed really cold and didn’t have many clean towels. Breakfast was not good. By the time went down which was 9am, there wasn’t much left. The food staff were rude. The orange juice tasted like water. Wouldn’t recommend breakfast but overall the stay was good.

The gentleman at check in was so welcoming and friendly. The hotel and room was clean. The hotel was updated so well that we initially thought it was a newer hotel. Beds were clean, quiet and comfortable. Checkout was a breeze and the woman at the front desk was also very friendly. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again!

The room was clean but could have used some TLC. The lampshade on the desk had brown stains on its rim. The Kleenex cover in the bath had rust marks on it. And it would have been nice to have a layer of sheer curtains on the windows, to let the daylight in, but block the bright sunlight. Also, the breakfast room was very cold, 62 degrees. I did address this to the front desk and the next day it was much better...thanks! The staff was friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Stayed at this Best Western during my kid’s sports tournament and loved it. The staff took great care of us and were very accommodating, especially with our request for a late check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a perfect place to relax between games. Would definitely stay here again.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay – clean, relaxing, and fun** I had a great stay at this Best Western. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area – perfect for relaxing – and the bar on-site was a great bonus for winding down in the evening.

The facilities would hold up better with better maintenance. Ownership and staff just do the minimum. Problems with the drain. Door locks. Elevator. Just lots of small issues. At this price is do expect a little better.
