Well kept property. One word, Iguana. Lots of them. It was my first encounter with them..lol. Everything was good except the bee. The room I was in, the bed was well worn on the right side. You could tell just by looking at it. Could feel the springs. Tried sleeping on other side but lumpy as the material moved that way. It was room 131. Excellent view and room.

The room was beautifully renovated, and the staff couldn't have more pleasant. We especially loved the pool and nearby Tiki Bar with a great selection and convenient service. There are also a beach and a seawall for viewing wildlife, like the group of manatees playing literally feet away. The real surprise was dinosaur (iguana) feeding early afternoon with more than twenty in attendance including Tigger, the huge yellow showstopper. everyone we met was floored by these last accoutrements that you just don't see anywhere else.

Great view of the bay from our room balcony but that's about it,The whole hotel needs a total renovation it feels dirty and drab with dark corridors and air conditioning covers falling off,Our room 250 was a 8 minute walk to the front desk and to the breakfast room,The breakfast was just ok,I cannot see us staying at this hotel again if our travels should take us to this area again.

Property is quite ran down and old. They are making improvements to the property, but that came at the cost of power tools going off early in the morning. Parts of the shower looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while.

There’s a small but cozy beach area with the best view for sunset during happy hour at the tiki bar. We saw other guests have easy access to kayaks and paddle boarding and pets were welcomed!

Upon arriving at the Hampton Inn on Key Largo i was immediately greeted by smiles. The two women explained amenities on the property and best way to find the room. They also suggested best place d For dinner.

Great staff, good location, and very reasonable pricing (through Expedia). Hotel is a little older but well kept and good amenities. The AC actually works and is efficient (rare for FL). Pool, tiki bar and small beach are nice additions. Bed was firm and comfortable. Good breakfast. Excellent place to stay for a scuba diving trip. Only complaint is AT&T service is poor there. Great (relatively) for the rest of the keys just not right there. Of course that’s incidental to where the hotel is at, not a fault of Hampton Inn.
