Breakfast, room and beach were great. The pool had what appeared to be black mold growing on the shallow end of the pool, especially near the steps. Ibis birds were walking around the pool& drinking from the pool water. Cement around pool appeared to have alot of brown bird droppings.

The room was super comfortable. I took my dog and she loved it! The park was super fun to run around and play, the beach was so pretty we even saw an adorable manatee! There's a pool and great service. If you bring a pet, they only offer the first floor. 10/10 experience!

Extremely dissapointing hotel. The room we were given on the first floor was dirty and not maintained. When we initially arrived the chemical smell was overpowering. Once it dissipated it was clear it masked the musty wet smell. There was mold in the bathroom. Everything felt damp inside the room. The AC was filthy and blowing foul smelling air. Cockroach discovered in the room. The area where breakfast was served had ceiling damage that appeared water related. The side entrance by the small beach wasnt locked. As an allergic asthmatic, I struggled to stay in the room. If there would have been other hotel vacancies we would have left. The ONLY good thing about the place was the small beach and tiki bar. I shared my feedback with staff and was told I would receive a 1 night credit on my stay- haven't received it yet. I know they are starting with renovations and MAYBE another reovated room would be better but unless they gut the rooms and do mold remediation someone with allergies should choose a different hotel. I know it wasnt just me, other guests were describing their room as unsatisfactory as well.

Room was clean. Surrounding areas were great, however, one of the welcoming staff at the front desk wasn’t very welcoming. I chose this location because supposedly was pet friendly, however, this particular person whose I regretted not to have asked for her name, said. Did you dog just poop? That was here welcoming remark upon our arrival which at the time, I didn’t really paid much attention, but after I mentioned to my wife she said but wait at minute, isn’t this hotel a pet friendly hotel. Our dog had not poop, but if he had, was the big deal? We always pick up after our dog, and the remark was totally out place for a supposedly pet friendly hotel!!!!

The room, though a little dated, was well laid out, roomy with a sitting area, refrigerator, microwave and coffee area. The place had a horrible musky smell though- almost overwhelming! They tried to mask the smell in the hallway with powerful fragrance- the room itself STUNK! The location was perfect, the breakfast was nice- but that smell will linger in my mind for a long time.

The room we were staying in was damp; carpets felt wet, and we also noticed mold in the bathroom thus we requested a room change which they provided and although the second room was an improvement it still smelled a little damp. You can kinda smell it when you walk in the hotel. Staff was fine and amenities were good. Also breakfast was good

The rooms were very clean. And the breakfast was delicious with different options to enjoy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our bed was made daily. And fresh towels were given. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area. I will definitely come back in the future with my family.
