Paid over $375 including some sort of property/resort fees for ONE night. I could understand if it was a luxury property but all the toiletries were completely empty and the bathroom door not only wouldn’t lock but would slide all the way open so ZERO privacy using the bathroom. I let them know and expect you to go get what was missing, then ended up bringing shampoo. I followed up to let them know I wasn’t happy with my stay. I have yet to hear from anyone

I loved that the property was on a water canal and our balcony allowed us to watch various types of boats coming in and out. I loved the two levels of living and the 1 1/2 baths. The staff was always very accommodating in a timely manner when we needed something. The pool was a plus and very clean with nice pool towels. I didn't like the fact the kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. More cooking utensils such as chef knives, various pots and pans and a larger cooktop would be a plus. We felt that the kitchen cabinets could use a good cleaning (felt sticky). All in all, we enjoyed the place and had a great time!

Unit we were in was showing some age and wear. It was missing half of the shower door and bathroom floor had dust and hairs all over it. Bed was comfortable enough and location is great!
