This was probably my 5th stay here. Super convenient spot. The night time noise levels can get a little annoying but the AC noise can cover that up. The free shuttle rides are awesome! The drivers need some manners and personality though. They are terrible.

The hotel has many excellent qualities -- great staff / customer service, nice ambience around the pool, shuttle service, the breakfast, and interior of the rooms is solid. The infrastructure could use a little updating but overall this is a good place to stay in Key West.

Expected more from a Marriott property. Looks like they bought an old run down motel and slapped the Marriott name and some paint on it. For the price - very small rooms/bathrooms, one dinky, dirty elevator for all the rooms which was inconvenient but had to use due to health reasons. Employees talking to people in cars in front of lobby, blocking Uber/Lyft pickup spot. Room had huge gap around the whole door - light coming in and noise. Small TVs. Inconvenient hotel shuttle drop off downtown - need a few various stops. Horrible value for the money. When I called hotel initially, they said fully booked - went right on Expedia and booked hotel. Wish I didn't.

The only reason we booked was for the Blue Angels air show, very over priced, completely understand Key West is limited where someone could stay that’s why franchises take advantage of setting prices. We paid for our breakfast which stated it was included but for the price I don’t think they should provide powdered eggs and watered down juices and charged for for parking.
