We loved our time here. The rooms were huge and very clean, and the master bathroom was amazing. The staff was super nice, and the amenities were great — especially the free cabanas by the pool, the beach area, and the hammocks. The bar by the pool was a nice bonus, but just a heads-up: there’s a surcharge already added to the receipt, so we ended up double tipping at first without realizing it. Overall, an awesome stay and we’d definitely come back!

Large and spacious, were were so busy sight-seeing that we barely used the facilities. The grounds were pretty, loved the canal too!

The room was amazing, spotless. The resort was clean and the pool was nice. I could not give this a five star because of the following reasons… Don’t go there for any type of beach (there is none) the tiki bar is old, it needs a face lift. If you arrive early and you want to go to the pool, you can but you have to change in the bathroom on a wet floors outside the resort. They will hold onto your luggage. Most hotels that I stay at offer one free bottle of water in your room, this one does not. The last thing I would say is, I found that one of the girls working at the front desk was not the friendliest. She was a little bit snooty, and short with me. I think it is important to have someone at the front desk that makes you feel welcome. Again, I must say our room with spectacular and very clean.

El lugar es hermoso, con un ambiente muy tranquilo y personal amable. Disfrutamos mucho la estancia, las áreas comunes están muy bien cuidadas y la ubicación frente al mar es excelente. El único detalle fue que el aire acondicionado no enfrió bien y la cortina blackout no cerraba por completo, lo que hacía entrar bastante luz por la mañana. Aun así, la experiencia fue positiva y volvería sin dudar si mejoran esos pequeños detalles.

The room was exceptional. The large screened in porch was a nice touch. Everything was very clean and super quiet. This is the first hotel you pass by when entering Key West, so it's about a 10 minute drive to Duval.
