Older Resort that Needs Updating

This is an older resort and their standard rooms are extremely tiny. The bathroom had shower stall only which was very old and had no hot water until we requested it be fixed. The bathroom hasn't been updated in decades. The grounds are nice and the bus to town is great. The breakfast was also pretty good.

Property needs some maintenance. Shower had rust stains from behind the caulking, blue and red electrical tape to identify the temps, shower water was cold. Had a small pile of sand in the bathroom. I get its Key West but that’s simple house cleaning. Pool are was great, clean. Front desk staff was super nice.

Our room smelt like cigarettes smoke, I am not a smomer so it did not smell good.Tbe only other issue we had was the shuttle back to our room We were at Pickup/Drop off location before the 10 mins after the hour(8:10) We waited for 40 -45 mins for our shuttle and it never showed. So we called an Uber at 8:55pm to get back to the hotel. Other tham those two issues it was a very cute & enjoyable place to stay.

Resort offers shuttle downtown which is convenient. Its close to grocery store if you wanna pick anything up. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Had a free continental breakfast the grounds were maintained nice. Rooms were a little small, but we were gone all day it didn't bother us. Overall good experience

Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. The shuttle every hour to Duval St is nice. So was the pool. The room did not have a microwave but we got one once we asked for it.

I gone to some hotels at 100$ who were nicer than that. We paid 400 to get a room at the second stairs without any view on the ocean. Room was small and noisy. Shower fan and AC was extremly noisy too. Breakfeast was cheap. Very expensive for what you goy.

we got a room at Ibis resort and was charged a resort fee. The room we lucked out had a ground patio, sand, close to the water and was really relaxing. The room was updated but small and old. There was a continental breakfast which was good.
