Key West Beachfront Luxury 2/2 Condo A212

Sale on for June thru Aug construction by the pool. This Luxury unit is 1375 sq ft of breath taking beachfront living space in this tropical complex. Great views from the 40 foot deck which encompasses the whole unit. Every room has a spectacular view of the tropical Nature Preserve and the Atlantic Ocean. The complex is oceanfront with an Olympic heated pool and gigantic hot tub right on the Ocean. Other amenities include three lighted tennis courts, one clay, two paddleball court, and a his and hers sauna and a gym. Our unit has a 65 inch TV in the living room 55 in TV both bedrooms. Cable and wireless internet in every room. Underground free private parking space. The linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. We also provide beach chairs and umbrellas
There are two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed with hardwood floors and a gigantic travertine bathroom with dual sinks, air jet tub and walk in shower. The guest bathroom has walk in travertine shower . The guest room has a queen bed and twin bed. The living room has a beautiful leather pull out couch. The granite kitchen is a great size for the vacationing gourmets. It is fully-equipped with all appliance including 2 blenders, toaster, and both kuerig and regular coffee maker. Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure your stay is comfortable.
The non-smoking unit is approximately 50 feet from the ocean. A short walk will take you from our private beach front to the famous public Smather's Beach. We are only ten minutes from Duval Street.
Check in time is 4PM. Check out is 10AM. .
You must be 25 or older to rent this unit. Not available to spring break students. Please indicate the number of adults and children in your inquiry, and give the ages of the children. This unit can accommodate 6 people.
Hurricane Refund Policy: I recommend trip insurance since the hurricane polices are constantly changing. Spalling project has started on the other building it should not impact your stay but will impact your enjoyment of the pool. Smathers beach is right next door if you prefer quiet.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Florida Keys Beaches. Features include an outdoor pool, a gym and 1 hot tub. In-room jetted baths and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Property was clean, people friendly. My only complaint, check in after 4:00 pm, check out 10:00 am. To stay there again, I would want to be able to check in by 2:00 pm and check out by 11:00 am. I would pay for an expidited check in and later check out. I believe an extra 150.00 would be fair.

Great Condo

What a great condo for our little family! It had everything we needed for a fun day at beach, cooking meals at home, and very clean and cool! Quick walk to the beach, and short Uber/Lyft to all the touristy spots! Felt very safe and the condo ground grounds were very clean with an awesome pool with outstanding views! Kathy and Bob's hospitality was superb! Definitely will come back!

Beautiful beach condo

Our stay here was great! The condo provided everything to feel at home. Having the beach essentials provided for the beach was a huge plus. 5ish minute walk to Smathers Beach! We enjoyed the pool in the evening after a day out exploring the Key West area. The location of the condo was away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Old Town area, which we liked.

Overall we had a great time at this condo - pool was probably the best amenity. Knocking off a star because of two issues: (1) the beach isn’t much of a beach at all. If you really want a good beach you need to go elsewhere; and (2) the condo could use some updating. Everything was clean and worked, but was pretty dated and needed some upgrading to make it top-notch.Overall I would definitely recommend the condo to others looking for a family friendly place to stay in Key West

Wonderful!

Condo is spacious and has everything guests need. The grounds leading to the pool and the pool and waterfront area are gorgeous and have a resort feel. We loved relaxing at the pool and enjoying the beautiful ocean views. It was perfect for our family and we would stay here again!

Perfect February Getaway!

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. We are 2 couples from Ohio that wanted to get out of the cold in February and the condo and Key West did not disappoint! The condo was in great shape, clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the amenities , pool, hot tub, view of the ocean were perfect. It was away from the crowd but not too far. We either walked or took Ubers everywhere. The owner, Kathy, checked in with us upon arrival and was available if needed. We will be back!

Key West Getaway

The apartment is beautifully furnished and perfectly stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We went for a weekend getaway and were left wishing we could stay longer. The pool area and small private beach are gorgeous! If uou like walking there are great walking paths nearby. It’s a short distance to Duval street and all the other Key west tourist attractions.

Loved it!

This unit is nothing fancy, except maybe the televisions, but very comfortable, clean, very well equipped kitchen with really nice appliances, quiet, beautiful grounds and pool area. I highly recommend this condo for families.

Great Key West Conco

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and well appointed with all the amenities we needed. The pool area and grounds are very nice and well kept. A nice touch was how well all the light switches were named - sometimes it is hard to figure out which switch goes to "what" - so we found this very helpful. We would happily rent this place again.

Wonderful place to stay in Key West!

This condo has everything you need for a great stay in Key West. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. You also have all the supplies necessary for a day at the beach so you don't need to bring a thing! The development has a wonderful garden, pool, and 'beach' that looks out on the ocean. Check-in was easy and the owner offered her personal number for any questions.

Girls Trip

Condo was perfect for girls trip. Amazing pool with a sandy beach area and hot tub. Washer and dryer nive benefit. Only a few walkable restaurants but uber was super easy and fast. Will definitely stay again.
