We enjoyed our stay. The microwave did not work which was not a huge problem. I just noticed something about the name of the resort. It is not beachside, it is bulkhead with sand in it.

Property on a very busy and noisy corner. All traffic enters and leaves Key West here. The facility is very nice, excellent service and easy parking. Pool and surroundings nice. The beach area is not a real beach. Resort is clean all round. Would stay again if can’t stay in old town Key West.

The property was very nice. The rooms were huge. We had a 1 bedroom suite that had 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and dining room. Room also came with a balcony and since we were on the 3rd floor we had an extra roof balcony. The staff was amazing. If I asked for anything they brought it right away. I haven't experienced that with other hotels. The only thing I wish this hotel offered was a swimmable beach but it was still pretty to look at. I would stay here again.

I had a terrible experience, it was my birthday I went to Key West to celebrated this special day but it was a disaster. Hotel is dirty, elevator is trash. No housekeeper just say no to that place. Never again!!!!!
