We love L’Habitation. It’s the perfect location, close to everything! Included breakfast and Happy Hour is a great bonus. The staff is fantastic as well!

Stayed many times here and will again! Only issue I’ve had the last two times it is louder in the morning. First time was right next to the stairs so could hear any and everyone go up and down. This past time was pretty good stayed in the far back room downstairs, but the very last day starting at 7am the maids were so loud laughing and talking in their cleaning room next to ours it was impossible to sleep in! I still Would recommend staying there in a heartbeat though!

The room and complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Right near Duval street, perfect walking distance. My only thought is the housekeepers were very loud when they started working around 8am and for several hours after. For someone who likes to sleep in a little on their vacation this noise was a little much. Our room was also on the first floor.

Key West Fun

The hotel itself as well as the room were both very nice. Only issue was how small the bathroom was. Shower was a good size, but the area for the toilet and 'open floor space' was tiny. Like you had to straddle the toilet or step into the shower to close the bathroom door. Bed was very comfy. Offered a nice little breakfast every morning and an awesome free happy hour every afternoon. Great location. Within walking distance of everything.

What a lovely place! Just a couple of blocks from Duval. Staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms had everything you need and are very nice and clean. Plush towels and linens. Breakfast was perfect, and the afternoon wine and snacks were a nice touch. Enjoyed sitting on the porch while having breakfast. Has a bed/breakfast feel to it. We parked several blocks down for &15/day and it was really no problem at all. We will definitely stay again!
