The hotel was nice and location was pretty convenient. I had wanted to be further in the downtown older area (this place is apparently just on that edge). They do have a shuttle that takes you back and forth though so that was nice. The windows on the top floor definitely need to be cleaned bc we could hardly see out for our ocean view. There were several pools and they were great to cool off in each day.

Good location. Nice smaller resort, really great for what it is however disgustingly overpriced for what it is and not worth that. Price gouging on resort fee when it’s no resort and no amenities worth charging extra for when you already pay $600+ a night. Then adding high parking fee on top of it. Location is vastly overpriced for what it is and I do not recommend. I could’ve stayed at a true 5 star resort for this price. This is equal to a boutique level Hilton vacation club. Again, great for what it is but truly worth half or less the cost I paid.

My family and I contemplated on staying here and staying at other resorts, it took us a week to decide and I am so happy we stood here. The entire vacation was amazing. The pools were never packed and we got to enjoy them each day. The hammocks were so relaxing and watching the sunset perfectly from our patio. The sand accommodated our kids to play in. The drinks at the bar with Renae were amazing! The Room was so spacious and smelled good. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure and water was perfect. Overall our stay was Amazing!

I didn’t receive any vip access that it said I would get, front desk lady was so nice to the people in front of me giving them champagne asking if the needed help to their room then just handed me keys and said your rooms around the corner. Bedding was dirty, bathroom was still dirty not the greatest for how much I spent but outside property is very pretty so I’ll give them that!

What a charming hotel this is. We found everything very accessible. Room exceptionally large. Large bathroom, sliding door access with walk in shower (the only thing we found that there was no handle on the inside of the sliding door to the bathroom?). Lovely L’Occitane toiletries. Only a coffee machine in the room (as we are from UK we prefer tea in the morning, however we did take a kettle & tea bags with us as we travelled from Kissimmee just for 2 nights). Bed very comfortable and large as you expect in US. Small cupboard to hang clothes with an ironing board & iron supplied. Fridge & microwave in room. No safe in room. We were opposite one of the 4 pools but heard no noise, it was quiet everywhere. Lift from outside to the room ( there were a few steps up to the room) right next to it and takes you to opposite your room door at the front. Rear door access to the pool/bar area. At the pool sunscreen was supplied as was iced water. Bar area clean. The Grove restaurant was also outside, small but quite intimate. The only food we ate here was a pizza but it has to be said was one of the best tasting pizzas we have had. We did not eat breakfast or lunch at the hotel so cannot comment on that. My only issue outside at the bar area was we did get bitten by mosquitos and also noticed we sustained bites overnight in bed also. Unsure how often areas/rooms are sprayed? We generally stay in 5* hotels, we have vacationed all over the world and would definitely return here.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. The only complaint I have is that they had no poolside service a few days during the week. Otherwise it was fantastic.
