The location is great. I had a room on the 1st floor with a porch that led out to a sand beach & looked out at the water. Felt like my own little cottage in Key West. Sunset views from the rear of the hotel on the beach were great. Amenities & staff were very good. Proximity to stores, downtown & beaches is great. Would definitely recommend & return.

The property was fine. The room was clean. Not really a resort. More a hotel with four different pools. Everything was fine. No view other than trees or the parking lot. We did use the beach area 10 minute drive from the property which gave us towels and chairs. We rented an umbrella for $20 as this was not included.

We liked most everything. Getting use the the roosters wait up call took some time to get use to. Didnt like having a smoker above our room, we was in 71A. His smoke from his cigarette was to much to stay on our porch. Plus his ashes would fall through the cracks down on us. They liked yelling and cussing at each other. Was happy to leave with them above us. But the rest was most enjoyable.

I will start with what we liked. Checkin was fast and easy. The rooms and public areas were all clean and safe. The staff were all very polite and helpful. What we didn't like. THE $50.00 PER DAY RESORT FEE. Being charged $25.00 per day for parking. We recommend parking in the mall lot right next door for free. We purchase 2 drinks at the pool at the cost of $25.00 each. If you walk next door there is a liquor store much cheaper to supply your own drinks. If you walk across the street you can have breakfast and lunch much cheaper. Don't mind paying but hate being riped off...
