Centrally located, convenient to Duval Street. Downtown. I would have given it a 5 star, but the ceiling fans were very dirty, and the white furniture needed to be cleaned.

This is a gorgeous historic place in Old Town. The staff was super—helpful, accommodating, professional and friendly. The included breakfast was ample and fresh. The grounds and rooms are lovely lush and charming—four beautiful pools and great A/C. Call ahead to reserve your parking if needed. We would definitely stay here, again.

I don't even write reviews - :-) A little oasis!

This was an incredible experience! I researched so many places and without a doubt this was the finest around. A little oasis in the middle of all things Key West! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, poolside breakfast, happy hours, and paintings! Bikes available on-site. Rooms were perfect, quiet, comfortable and we met the finest people during our stay. Two easy blocks off of Duval, a quick stroll to seaport for all excursions, Mallory Square, and the finest restaurants. Thank you, Simonton Court, for your hospitality - there is no place else I'll ever stay in Key West!

Great pool. Daily Continental breakfast and happy hour. Rooms are all unique. Very comfortable bed, very quiet. We had a third floor room with a roof deck. It's stairs but we are only here for three nights so not bad. Pictures from deck and room

The room was beautiful and updated. The pools were clean and very convenient to the rooms. The beautiful garden walkway was amazing! The best part of our stay was the staff! Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. One in particular took the time to educate us on the gorgeous orchids on the property and because of Norman’s knowledge I plan on coming back again in April to see the beautiful orchids bloom. It by far was the best place I’ve stayed in Key West! Thank you Jonathon and all the staff!
