We liked the area. It was residential and quiet. “Off the beaten path”. The free Duval Loop bus was about 2 blocks away. The property was unique in that it had lush gardens and 2 pools. Breakfast was good. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable.

Really everything regarding this property was perfect. Excellent location between stop 1 and 18 of the duvall loop. The property grounds were clean and safe with a locked door to the property. The room was very clean, comfortable, and private. Being to key west 6 times and staying at multiple locations all things considered this was the best place so far. Highly recommend and will happily come back.

I have always liked 4 trip here but this time maid reservice was not that good. We only needed service one day and put card out at 9 no service until we tried to come back at 3 and they were just starting. Hotel was not full either so that was not problem.

When we arrived at the property, I accidentally left my bag with several sodas and snacks at the reservation desk. When I went back for it, the young man said, “yes, I know you left it but I threw it away!” He knew our room, he could’ve brought it to us or called us! The morning breakfast staff were great. Convenient to Duval St and the water front! Nice overall stay!
