Wifi and long-distance calls to the mainland are included. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV/DVD. The en suite includes a shower/tub combo. The guest bath is equipped with a walk-in shower. Besides a mesmerizing view, the living room features a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a queen-sized sofa bed.
Kamaole Sands #5-313 has one of the best locations in the complex and will sleep up to 4 people. Located behind the pool area, this unit overlooks an expansive lawn bordered on 3 sides providing a wonderful place to stretch your legs or children to safely play. The cool trade breezes keeping the lanai very comfortable for relaxing as you enjoy the scenery.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk miles on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. There's a fully-equipped gym / workout facility with an amazing view overlooking the pool area. In addition there is a large family style swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, and 10 barbecue areas with shaded picnic tables. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts (no fee) and three pickleball courts. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.Wi-Fi available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities.
