Why stay in a crowded hotel when you can stay in this spacious, stunning, air conditioned 5 Star condo? The Palms at Wailea # 1903 has been completely renovated and has an absolutely fabulous location on Maui... on the sunny side of the island.
The bright and airy ground floor unit is almost 1200 sq ft, and opens up to an expansive outdoor space and manicured lawn. It is walking distance to multiple beaches (including the world famous Keawakapu Beach), great snorkeling, and the gorgeous 3.5 mile Wailea Oceanfront beach path. It’s also walking distance to the shops at Wailea, restaurants, and the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons hotels. There are three world class golf courses and the Wailea Tennis Club within a minute’s drive from The Palms complex. This unit is amazingly flexible and perfect for remote work, a romantic relaxing holiday, or a family vacation. Additionally, the Palms at Wailea complex is a gorgeous property with lush tropical landscaping which you can enjoy as you enjoy a stroll around the grounds or enjoy a meal on your spacious lanai.
This home is superior to typical rentals. It is spacious, clean and modern, with large comfortable rooms, new, high-end furnishings throughout and tasteful decor. The fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, a purified water system, lots of storage and new, stainless-steel appliances. There are sliding panels outside to the huge lanai for easy access to indoor/outdoor serving. The lanai has comfortable patio furnishings and a dining area where you can enjoy expansive views of the lawns, palm trees, tropical vistas and lots of blue Hawaiian sky.
The two bedrooms, sleeping 4, have new comfortable mattresses and high-count Egyptian cotton bedding. The Master bedroom opens to the large private wrap around lanai and has a king bed and a spa-like en suite bathroom. The Guest bedroom has two twin beds that are convertible to a king. There is air conditioning throughout as well as plenty of windows for ventilation in case you’d rather enjoy the island air and ocean breezes.
In Palms of Wailea #1903, there is a dining area off the kitchen, 2 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. The pool (and spa) area has magnificent ocean views and is steps away from the condo…. close, but not so close that you can hear anyone.
