Kihei-Recently renovated condo., 1 br (very comfortable king size bed) & flat screen TV, 1 ba, living room w Queen size sofa bed, large flat screen TV, wireless modem & high speed internet. Ceiling fans in bedroom & living room. New A/C in bedroom. Fully equiped kitchen loaded w/utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave & blender. This Beautiful Condo is on the ground floor (with a wonderful view of West Maui Mountains), steps away from the lower pool, bbq, tennis/pickleball courts & of course the beach (Kamaole 3 Beach Park voted 'Best Place To Watch The Sunset' is just across the street). Each evening the 'Hale Kamaole Conch Band' blow their shells as the sun disappears, you can join the fun with the conch shell in the unit as the sun sets on the horizon. The islands of Molokini, Kaho'olawe and Lanai are in full view to the west. The Hale Kamaole complex has two swimming pools, two 4-station charcoal BBQ's, + 2 propane BBQ’s. In the center of the complex is a large open grass area, great for kids of all ages in a safe and confined area. The outside closet is full of beach chairs, boogie boards, fins & snorkels, coolers, and assorted beach toys. My condo offers a great vantage point to keep an eye on the little ones.
