Top notch

Hotel was great, staff were top notch - I found the bed a bit springy for my liking but appreciate that’s a personal thing. The rooms are a bit dated and could be done with upgrade but it certainly wouldn’t stop me staying again. Restaurant was fabulous

Loved the king size bed. Had to work out the gadget for boiling water to make a cuppa, then found only one teabag available. Appreciated the hot chocolate sachets and biscuits. Good attention given by wait staff in restaurant for dinner. Menu contained good variety. Breakfast staff not quite so attentive. Overall, a very good experience at The Park Hotel. We will return.

In the area for work. Stayed here before a few years ago. Nice place with free parking. Good check in experience. Room was clean and wifi was good. Restaurant was nice for dinner. Looked good for breakfast although i did have the included cooked breakfast. Check out was quick enough. Overall good value.

Lives up to it's rating. Looks like the rooms may have been refurbished recently? Carpet looked brand news, beds felt brand new. Faultless stay. Can't comment on breakfast, didnt pay for it. If you live gin the bar has a massive selection and lots of other options. Didnt eat in the restaurant but it was busy which is a good sign.Room was quiet, clean, comfortable, window could open for air, radiator could be adjusted so it was never too hot or cold. Staff were all excellent. Great value.

The staff were outstanding in terms of friendliness and being helpful. The lass on reception - Kathleen i think - remembered all our names from checking us in and greeted us every morning using our first names. Just brilliant!

We had an overnight stay for a wedding. The hotel venue was amazing. Staff worked hard and were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Good choices for breakfast. Plenty parking.

Food in the Blues restaurant was excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Minor niggles in the room the coffee maker was broken, and one of the lamp bulbs blown.
