Bring the boat along, as there is a 23-foot boat slip for your convenience! Inside, you will have no shortage of comfortable spaces to kick back and relax. Two living areas will welcome you each evening with ample seating and a flatscreen TV, and they seamlessly connect to the full kitchen, so mingling will be a breeze as the chef of the group shows off their skills. No recipe will be off-limits with stainless steel appliances, a blender, a coffee maker, plenty of counter space, and island seating! Plus, ending each evening on the furnished patio with a favorite drink in hand will be just the ticket to slip into vacation mode.

Lake fun will be right at your fingertips, so bring along your toys and spend sunny summer days swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, and more mere steps from home base! When you want to head out and explore the surrounding area, the main drag of town is just four miles from your front door offering a plethora of dining, shopping, and grocery options. If there are a few golfers in the group, Legends Golf Course is a great place to play a round of 18. Even more lake activities can be found at Buchanan Lake, 10 miles north. Don't hesitate to take a day trip to the hustle and bustle of Austin, 65 miles south!

*Please note that the boat lift will not accommodate a newer Wake Boat. The slip area is too narrow.
*If you have a boat with a tower that does not collapse , it will not fit.
*Please use caution using the steps down to the dock area
*Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Dock details: Private
It is in the back yard of the home and on the water. It is private access with a boat lift and sea do lift. The boat lift will not hold newer Wake Boats.
Lift is too small and the slip area is too narrow. Swimming at own risk is allowed.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
