Good Short Stay

This Holiday Inn Express was clean and cheerful, with a wonderful free breakfast. The staff was very helpful efficient, with the front desk securing us a wheelchair-accessible room we needed and the service staff being equally helpful.

Fine, average Holiday Inn Express. Very nice desk associates. No problems other than a low, floppy showerhead and automated shades that didn’t work. And the mattresses and pillows are too soft for my taste.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Kingston. The room was very nice, roomy, and clean. The refrigerator was small but fine. We did not have a smooth checkout. I dropped off the room key early and told the desk clerk that I was checking out. But later in the afternoon, I received a call asking when I was planning to check out. By then, I was in another city! We obviously had a miscommunication at the morning checkout.
