Room was just adequate and highly overpriced. Octoberfest was happening, so that could be why. Bed was comfortable with decent pillows. Odd layout of room with the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. All in all, room could stand a refresh.

View was great, room was well appointed. One gripe, the shower stall is tiny, despite the bathroom being quite large! If you ever redo the bathrooms, you should make the shower a bit bigger, even just making it square would double the space! We liked how many plates, silverware, towels and things that were in the room (10 of each plate, tons of glasses, 6 bath towels plus pool towels), so it was very well set up for our stay!

Typical Ski Mountain Hotel

Ok place. Good enough. Few things could have been better. I booked a king bed suite, but got a queen bed. The fireplace didn’t work, but the maintenance guy fixed it. Coffee maker didn’t work, so we went out to buy coffee, but they replaced it later that day. Shower was moldy. Room wasn’t cleaned when we returned after the day and there were only a few guests in hotel so that didn’t make sense. The staff were nice and sweet. We were told it was the off season so restaurant was closed. Wish I knew that before booking but we found places to go. Overall, I think management should overhaul shower stalls to clean to remove mold n have staff do a better job of cleaning. Other than that, it was fine. Typical ski mountain hotel.
