The Space
NoKno Flats is made up of 2 buildings and 5 total apartments. There is parking available for all 5 units at the back of the property near the garage and mural. Street parking available as well.

The flat sleeps 6, has one bedroom with a King Bed, and a second bedroom with 2 comfortable queen beds, with 1 full bathroom. The suite is very stylishly decorated and has numerous thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel right at home. The eat-in kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, as well as beautiful exposed brick accent walls with open shelves for a modern appeal. You will find all the basic cookware, dishes and flatware necessary to create delicious meals for evenings in, along with a K-cup coffee machine and toaster for mornings on the go. The living room is a spacious spot to kick back and watch your favorite shows on your personal streaming subscriptions. It is a great setup for smaller groups, solo travelers, or couples who would like to be near downtown with some walkable amenities. Many guests come to stay for the biking trails, and this unit is perfect for that, as the laundry area is large enough to store your bikes indoors overnight. It has been a much appreciated feature amongst the biking connoisseurs!

Other things to note
This apartment is on the lower level basement section of the building with an apartment above. The unit is only 1/4 underground, as most is exposed with full sized windows. Great space!
There is potential for noise if there is another guest staying in the unit above you during your stay.
There is a lawn mower shop next door and therefore a potential for noise coming from that business, as well.
