Serene Owner Managed Cottage, tucked away in a quiet wooded environment with all your needed amenities included.

Experience the pleasure of nature with only a 10 min drive to downtown Knoxville/UT. Day trips to Dollywood, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains make this cottage perfect for vacation stays and a 1 night stop by for traveling guest. This two bedroom, one bath home features Nectar mattresses, French linen sheets in summer, organic cotton flannel sheets in winter, with organic cotton blankets year round. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with organic spices and teas, RO water system, and natural/organic snacks. A comfortable living room with 50" flat screen TV, and small table for dining is provided. The bathroom features a rainfall shower, natural shampoos/soaps, and organic cotton Turkish towels for rejuvenating one's self. Relax on the deck for dinner, stargazing, and your morning coffee. A charcoal grill is on site and a 28 day maximum stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The host was friendly and checked in when I got there and later on during the stay. The whole place had a peaceful vibe with all the little extras that make a place special like cold water in the fridge and diffuser in the bedroom. Locations was great! It’s like a little oasis right outside the busy part of the city. I could get to the convention center within 12 minutes. It was also exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend and will check this place when we are looking at coming for a football game.

Absolutely wonderful host and lovely property. The best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental and lovely deck surrounded by beautiful shade trees. Plus great location that feels very rural but is also very convenient to downtown Knoxville. The only comment I have is a bit of advice (not a complaint) that I wish I had known: the shower head in the only shower is directly in the middle of the shower ceiling. It’s impossible to shower without getting your hair wet. So plan to bring a shower cap if you don’t want to have wet hair. Otherwise, absolutely perfect stay!!

Extremely clean! (my most important feature I look for). In most areas the lighting was excellent (i.e. bright enough), the A/C and heating system worked great; Wi-Fi was excellent. The area is quiet with lots of trees, but a very short ride to a full service supermarket and some other stores. Although I would have preferred to have more water pressure in the shower, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Knoxville.

Beautiful spot and beautiful home! Super well appointed cozy and relaxing. Responsive and helpful host on site, but separate house. Close to UTK. Stayed here before move in at the university. Left car packed with roof rack and basket on tow hitch overnight. Private secluded parking. Wished we stayed longer! The host even gave us tomatoes from her garden, which were delicious! Highly recommend!

Great place!

This house was so warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed. Those beds were so comfortable and much needed after long days of training for our young dancers. The owner was super communicative and responded to all requests quickly. I have one complaint- the ad said it was under 10 minutes to the venue but it was a solid 15 -- I know it's nit picky but 5 minutes in the morning is much needed when wrangling a couple of teens in the early morning. I loved the quiet, serene mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee. The rain shower was a bonus and the fully equipped kitchen made prepping meals so easy.

Just what we needed

We had 4 adults stay for 2 nights to visit UTK for a football game. This was a great place to stay. The house was adoreable, clean, and very convenient to the university. The biggest stand out was the home owner, Kathy. She is incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations and helped us out with a few requests. I highly recommend staying here.
