Very convenient location. Easy Access from Airport and to shops. Mong Kok East MTR station is connected to the entryway to the hotel. Room is a bit small but fits young family of 4. Beds are comfortable making it easy to rest after a lon go day exploring Hong Kong.

Lacks the smaller details

Our stay was mediocre, nothing ordinary. Probably won’t book again. Size of the room was good and had great amenities. Connected to the mall and subway which was very convenient. Now the negatives was how the hotel lacked toiletries and my room had an off putting odor. The hallway smelled better than the room itself which is unfortunate. Shower caps, razor and body lotion which had to be purchased at a vending machine downstairs. No complementary bottled water but they do have a filtered water spout in the bathroom. My favorite part was the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines as well as the sauna and steam room connected to the gym to freshen up. But they don’t provide any slippers to walk around the washrooms. They expect you to bring the one disposable slippers from ur hotel room.

Excellent location, so close to the MTR and a big mall. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The facilities such as gym and pool were really good. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. We will definitely be staying at the Royal Plaza the next time we come back to Hong Kong.

Connected to a mall was a real blessing, the HK transit is in the mall itself. As well as endless buses just outside that take you to the ferries, Disneyland and all the other sites!! Check-in agent Bill, bellboy Louis and gym attendant Ann are all masters in hospitality& super professional at their jobs!!

Location is great, joined to shopping mall and train station, walking distance to markets and food. Nice pool, very refreshing after big days but closes too early so we missed it most nights. Room was big but was unusual design, kids had to walk through our room to use bathroom/toilet & huge area with no where to sit. We were top floor(19) but no direct elevator so stairs up was annoying. Breaky was very very basic...toast, eggs and terrible coffee. I would recommend for the location!
