Staff at the breakfast was great and chef really gone above and beyond to accommodate my partner’s dietary requirements. 5 star to the chef and restaurant staff. The room was very noisy, there was a continuous noise of Aircon motor running even if Aircon was off. Also found a lizard in the room late night on the bed which freaked us out

They "upgraded" us to garden view however it was on ground level with no fencing off as theres a shallow lagoon style river feature which kids can just walk in and gives unfriendly smell however wasn't a deal breaker as we stayed for 6 nights. Located within walking distance from hotel on level 2, nice and friendly staff, buffet breakfast and coffee was good. Pool was nice too!

Sheraton was better than expected. Quiet hotel in a great location with Beachwalk mall next door. Great buffet offering with lovely staff who bend over backwards to help. My only complaint is that the pool is far too small for the size of this hotel. Otherwise, would return here.

Phenomenal option in the heart of Kuta!

Fantastic stay at the Sheraton. Staff were beyond friendly and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable. So friendly and helpful. My son especially loved the animals sculpted from towels little extras like the ukulele in our room every morning after it was made up. Great access to dining and entertainment from the hotel as well. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel, stayed for almost 2 weeks. The staff at their restaurant daily social are amazing and know the true meaning of customer service. My go to hotel for every visit in Bali right in front of the beach.
