The inn is very outdated, right down to the the width of the hallways. The carpet looked like it was the original carpet from the 80’s or whenever the inn was built. The bathroom shower was dirty with water stains that looked old. The shower handles were brown and it just felt unsanitary. The elevator was most definitely outdated as it barely fit the luggage rack and 2 people. If you’re claustrophobic, you do not want to step foot in that. Truly, the ONLY benefit of this Inn is that you can walk to and from the BankNH Pavillion for concerts. We are returning to the area in 3 months but are staying elsewhere and paying for transportation. NOT worth the money or the convenience of being in walking distance to the pavillion.

Unexpected troubles

It so much better than any other place I have stayed. Also the staff is amazing. I had ran into car problems and had to have my car fixed and didn’t know how long it would take. We were supposed to check out at 10 am but when I explained the situation to the lady at the front desk and told her that I was not sure how long it was going to take to get my car back she didn’t hesitate to allow us to stay until 2pm without charging us. I’m super grateful and thankful for the service and stay here.

Facility provided adequate lodging. The property could be more cared for and updated. A first generation dial tone phone was in the room, for instance. Jacuzzi was inoperative and that was disappointing as it was advertised and a feature that made me choose the property over others. Overall, overpriced and shabby was the vibe.
