When I checked in the clerk told me there was a note about my room - EXPEDIA had booked a room for me that was not available at the time but they "Will give you POINTS to make up for this! Shouldn't someone have notified me about this BEFORE check in? Why do I even need to book through EXPEDIA? Couldn't get TV to work and shower wouldn't turn on, had to take a bath. Hotel in the process of renovations and friends that got one of the renovated rooms said they were nice. Staff was very nice and breakfast was nice.

Friendly, competent staff, very large comfortable room, and outstanding breakfast set this property apart. The property is undergoing renovation so a few things were still unfinished, and the television was hard to figure out, but all in all, it was an excellent place to stay.

Good but under refurbishment

The staff was awesome and friendly. The hotel is going thru a refurbishment and it’s a bit messy and noisy. This should have been know before our booking. Otherwise it’s a good hotel at a great location.

The television in the first room we were in didn't work. They put us in another room where the toilet ran all the time. The sink didn't drain properly. The shower didn't work properly. Paige was awesome. She helped to take care of our problems. Mrs. Liz was awesome. She made sure that everyone had a great breakfast.

The lady in the lobby was amazing! She was helpful to everyone around a true blessing. She helped work good with directions and with cleaning up making everyone feel valued and welcome. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. I will be sure to stop in Jennings on my i10 travels from now on!

Traveling with kids. I really appreciated that the front doors were locked at nighttime. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. The breakfast was delicious! We ate so much and my daughter loved the pink sparkles on her waffles. Staff also handed out goodie bags to my three kids before we left. Overall this was the best experience at a great price
