Checkin was fine. Got to room, no remote. Went to call down to lobby, phone didn’t work. Went back down to lobby and after 5 minutes, clerk dug up a remote. Went back up stairs, remote didn’t work. Gave up, went to grab a shower, body wash empty. Room was clean and bed comfortable but disappointing experience overall. When we checked out, communicated issues in which the clerk could have cared less and didn’t even apologize for inconvenience.

Could've been better!

Okay stay.. could've been better. Room walls are thin!! We heard every conversation on both sides of us.. even through the bathroom! We were even next to pet friendly rooms and listened to dogs bark throughout the day/night! We loved the smell of the hotel. Staff was friendly.

In the past, my family and I have stayed here several times. I have previously praised this hotel for its quality. However, the check-in experience today was terrible. We were treated rudely by the man who checked us in and he was not helpful at all. The sofa in the room was filthy and stained. In the restroom, the corner top was dirty. It is safe to say that we will not be returning.

The phone in my room rang twice in the middle of the night. And then the alarm clock went off at 6am. Really tough night when I needed a good night’s rest.

Friendly staff. Requested king with tub on top floor facing NE. Requested at booking in comments, called to request 4 days from arrival and at arrival. Assured would have king with tub but not top floor or facing NE. Upon entry to room, no tub. TV remote was barely working, had to manually turn on / off. Reaso. For room facing NE was to view fireworks evening of the 4th.

I did not get the room I paid for. I paid for double room king bed. But they gave me only a king room bed. It was not at all like how the pictures were on the listing for double room king bed. Also, there are flies and ants in the room. The restroom smells really bad, especially smell comes from the drain.
