Very poor service in everything the staff is not friendly at all they force u out of there so they can sit in your room and eat your leftovers u have clean up after them to with check out instructions so basically the housekeeping does nothing cuz when u go in the room after it's cleaned looks like they did nothing I felt like I was home cleaning up after my kids and every item u call for they will charge u a fee or something

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great amenities, my kids loved the pools and hot tubs. The beach across the road was very pretty. The condo had everything we needed for the week. Loved having fresh beach towels whenever we needed them. The housekeeping manager went out of his was to correct a mistake the cleaner had made. Overall our stay here was better than expected and a great deal!

Great stay

Great location, staff were super friendly. Pool was nice and had coffee for us every morning. Even after we checked out they let us stay by the pool and had showers for us to use before we left to the airport.

Older room had a bit of a musty smell to it wifi was not that great. The outside was beautiful pool area. Loved the cats and the chicken. The concierge was annoying kept sendjng invodes to rw ook everyday. Even though i stated i was not interested.

We had the worst experience- do not stay here. It’s not along the water- First and foremost do not trust the pictures on the Expedia listing which I have no doubt the property provides. We got put in the tiniest room- looked like a motel room. The bathroom was bigger than any other area. When I contacted Expedia and they reached out to the property they told me I could “pay more to be moved.” The room was awful you are below ground level. Just awful. I would never stay here again and we go to Maui 1x a year. In addition we had to rent beach chairs which is fine except the one I rented was completely broken the metal was broken…. So when I brought it back I told them they should retire it’s which they acknowledged but said nothing else. Not sorry for the inconvenience nothing. Then Hannah from the front desk reached out offering a package and gift card for our troubles which was the same offer if you sat through the seminar….so I was like wow that’s very generous…but the watch was I still had to sit at the seminar! Every guest gets this offer so this was nothing being offered to me for my dissatisfaction with the accommodations. We checked out on Sunday, and came home- within the week Hannah did say she was approved to give us the gift card and package without the seminar - and I texted her back that we had already checked out. Haven’t heard from them since and I feel I have adequate time for anyone to try and rectify the situation and they didn’t.

The pool is a nice and quiet area. Love the waterfalls. This is our 2nd visit and we will be back next year. The walk to the beach is short and easy. There are many dining options within walking distance. See you next year.

KAHANA FALLS is a property built in the 70s or 80s.it is every well maintained and even though appliances are older. Everything works. Great value for a great price. I for one will be going back again.

The room was very small and only had one window over the bed that looked into a hallway with a view of the elevator! When we booked online, all the pictures showed large rooms with large windows. We asked multiple times for an upgrade and even offered to pay, but the management would not consider it. They said it was Expedia's problem. We changed hotels at our cost; no refund for the unused days was offered or available. We were misled by the photos Expedia had on its website. If we had known the room was so small and the one window looked into the middle of the building with no chance of letting in light, let alone giving us a view of the sky, we would not have booked this place!

Looking at reviews for this facility, we were worried. We say things about being unclean, roaches everywhere. Nickle and diming, no AC. Let me tell you that was incorrect! This was a great place to stay! - the rooms were extremely clean! -we did not see one roach at all! And we were on the bottom floor!! -they were reasonable with what they charge. If you need a new towel they will replace it for you, if you take it or lose it you will get charged(just like everywhere) -we were not charged extra for AC THE STAFF WAS AMAZING! I wanted to hangout with these guys, they were awesome, we will be staying there again 😊 Cannot rave enough about this place!! We had the small hotel unit on the bottom floor. 10/10
