This property is tired. Carpets in the hallways were worn and paint patches on the room entrance door indicate a refresh is needed. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken and nearly require two persons to operate. The refrigerator nearly fell on my feed due to the rotted cabinet it sat in. An electrical cord had been cut, bare wires exposed and was still plugged into the outlet under the bedside lamp. The air conditioner was so loud, with a tundering damper, that neither of us slept well. Breakfast staff was super efficient but rarely acknowledged our Thank Yous. Room 403 should be rebuilt.

Arrived and noticed the room didn’t appear to have been ready. Towels were thrown onto a shelf and not neatly placed. No bar of soap for cleaning hands and empty lotion bottle. No housekeeping service and when we called for clean towels, we were told laundry staff was too busy and towels are not available. Employees seemed to have low morale too. Not very many smiles.

I had to ask about how to turn on the shower, which was a unique pull-down feature on the faucet. The staff was very friendly. I did have to wipe/clean some sticky substance off the portable table in my room. It was refreshing to have them clean and fix the room each day without having to request or place the dirty towels in a special location. The overall experience and stay was very relaxing, just what I needed!!!

Its ok. They make it seem its a great location. Smell like weed all the time. Elevator broke, i was waiting for it to be out of order, it sounds horrible. The bed was horrible. Sounds like it was going to fall apart, crackling at every turn. Didn't get housekeeping even tho they say you will each day. I guess i could off called for for toilet paper and clean towels. Will not go back, specially because of the smell of weed. Breakfast was not good at all.
