Staff I interacted with were patient and helpful when I asked questions regarding room cost and area resources. Room was clean and practical for overnight x 3 accomodations. Will certainly stay again if in the area, and would have no problem recommending to others.

The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The breakfast offerings were good. I was looking forward to using the indoor pool, but the temperature of the water was a little too cool to enjoy it so we did not bother going down to the pool on the second day of our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not the hotel's problem, but the guests in the room next to us had a mini party with a bunch of kids (youth hockey team had booked rooms in the hotel) and were very loud late into the night and we had trouble getting to sleep. We thought about asking to switch rooms the next night, but they lost their games and went home. The second night was very peaceful and your beds are very comfortable so we had a great night of sleep

The room was extremely clean and it was very quiet. The bed was sooo comfortable and I slept well. The shower water was hot and that’s a plus for me. Towels and clothes were plentiful and clean. My ONLY complaint was the breakfast. Not a lot of options and the food was not good at all. I just ate at the local McDonalds! Other than that. I had a WONDERFUL STAY! 9/10. Would recommend!

We arrived at the property and noticed that the parking lot hadn’t been plowed. We were getting stuck and had to shovel out our parking spot. Our bathroom was on a lower level of cleanliness. There was mold on the bottom side of the shower. Very subpar stay for a Best Western.

Saranack lake is a great place to visit. The anual Ice Festival 1st 2 weeks of February every year was going on The best Western hotel is well run Clean has a pool and nice hot breakfast
