The hotel is worn out - tatty carpets, mouldly showers, rodent traps in the hallway, broken coffee machine, noisy heater... It's on the street, seemingly designed to catch as much noise as possible. Not worth the price - or any price, really.

OK, this property is in need of some repairs (especially the stairways!), but the rooms were clean & comfortable & even though the desk was only manned gor a limited amount of hours, the staff was very helpful. Dining option accross the street on the lake was lovely.

The rooms are small. Needs a facelift. Several areas were peeling paint, drywall tape, just plain OLD! No room cleaning, minimal staff. Was better pre covid when they offered breakfast also.

Really nice staff. Beautiful view from the seventh floor. My room had several lightbulbs out and outlets not working. Also, the corridor outside was pretty dark. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable, and I would stay again.

Have realistic expectations about a hotel this cheap. The place is very old and run down, which you will notice right away. But it's in a fantastic location with everything you need within walking distance. It's also cheap. I have had good experiences here but don't expect a very clean and modern hotel.
