Guests can enjoy access to all areas of the house, as well as the shed and fenced-in backyard



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful neighborhood next to the library and Polk Museum of Art. Also a short walk to the beautiful Lake Morton (Swan Lake) and easily walk to downtown. Very quiet and serene location for sure.



Getting Around:

Easily walk to many eateries and downtown.

For your protection, we have 📹 security cameras on the front and rear of the property for the protection of our guests as well as the protection of our properties. These cameras cover the front entryway (doorbell camera) the driveway, and the back entrance and garage gate entrance.

Late Check-Out / Early Check-In If available, we offer late check-out or early check-in for a fee of $50. 💵 If you’d like both and they’re available, the fee is $100. 💰 Just reach out to the host to arrange it. Thanks! 🙏
