Could not stay so lost a couple hundred dollars..Outside building was not at all as pictured. I saw plastic on a window and the curtains looked terrible from the outside. I walked i and it was very dark and poorly lit. There were people in the main hallway who looked like employees and were not very professional looking at all..Caution tape outside of an entry door that also had cardboard boxes thrown about. Iwas definitely not sleeping there so my husband and I left and drove 2 hrs home. I definitely would not recommend this hotel and not sure I will use Expedia again after this due to the review given on your site..

I was thoroughly impressed as usual. I have stayed at comfort Inn in Ronks Lancaster, I never felt disappointed. This comfort Inn in New Holland was even better, Aditya the receptionist was very good and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, even though there is not much variety of hot food. The attendant there was very helpful and pleasant. My huge thanks to all. Always will recommend this place.

The whole of the hotel’s interior felt very rundown and dark, especially since a few of the lights in the hallway were burnt out. The bed my husband and I slept in was a bit tired and maybe in need of a replacement. Neither of us slept well as a result.Bathroom also had an eerie warm light and was cramped. The key cards also did not work well and looked a bit worn. The front desk clerk was also rude about helping us get into our room, and tried to mansplain how to use the keycard to me -.- Only positive of this place was the breakfast-especially for the waffle with the Amish horse and buggy stamp! Glad I only stayed here for a night-not worth being here longer than that

The wall behind the bathroom door had been very crudely patched where the door knob had broken the drywall, the bottom of the bathroom door was broken and pieces were missing. But the worst part of the stay was that we were given the wrong room. We had reserved a king bed with a separate seating area and were given a two queen room. I couldn't check the reservation through Expedia because for some reason I couldn't receive my itinerary number from Expedia Customer Service. So, unfortunately I will not be staying at this location in the future not will I be booking any more trips through Expedia.

When we arrived to check in, the housekeeper had to call someone twice to get them to come to the front desk. There was someone in front of us who had been waiting even longer. Not acceptable.

We were supposed to have a non- smoking room. It was awful so staff gave us another room. At first it snelled fresh, but after a few minutes of entering, it also smelled smoky. We were awakened overnoght by the smell of food, followed by the stench of pot. What the hell? Also, we appreciated the coffee maker in our room; it would have been nice to plug it in without moving it. Lastly, we felt like the commode was baby's first potty. Obnoxiously small and low to the ground. Passing marks on cleanliness.
