I wish I could give it a higher rating but the experience was not great from the beginning. I paid for a 2 queen bed suite with a sofa bed and only received a really small two queen bed. When I called the receptionist she said the rooms were no longer available, I had family members check in long after us and they were given a similar suite that I had paid for. It was late and I didn’t want to make a big of it. After going out of the room and returning the key no longer worked to get in, I returned 6 floors down to the front desk to get another one, the next morning after breakfast I returned and the key insert no longer worked. I was locked out waiting for someone to let us in for around 40 minutes.
