Room was quiet and very nicely done for it being in the detached house from the original Manor. The breakfast was modifiable and delicious which work out well for us. The Inn keeper was extremely pleasant and gave us recommendations for local places to check out. Only complaint from the stay was the comedic level of noise that the bed in the room made.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Greystone Manner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot to order breakfast was very good. There was a issue with charges but this finally got resolved.

The limited staff was super nice. The building is in poor condition. The door lock was weak and there wasnt an inside lock No fridge or microwave in room so it was inconvenient to walk dow the starir and warn up your food and o wasnt comfortable storing my deinks in the community fridge.

Good location. Turd in the toilet when we arrived. No air conditioning. Breakfast began at 8am. Owner provided a $20 coupon to a nearby bakery in lieu of breakfast so we could make a 8:30 appointment- much appreciated.

The check in was a breeze and customer service was excellent. However when we got into our room it was freezing. Offered us a portable heater, we declined offered us an upgrade awesome. However we were told the upgraded room had heat but no hot water. We declined to stay to go to 3rd floor. We were then offered a refund. The problem was the propane was never delivered and they weren't sure when or why it when it was going to be delivered. Sad always wanted to stay there for an experience, will never try again!

Pluses - the staff at breakfast was very attentive and happy to handle special requests (including allergen-safe cooking). The main house has a beautiful common area with plenty of snacks and drinks and local items of interest. Minuses - our room was missing some basic amenities, like cups for the bathroom and a full roll of toilet paper (while there was more available in the common area, I'd expect my room to have at least a reasonable amount when I checked in). Our room in the carriage house was also in need of some repairs to the woodwork, plus there wasn't an obvious way to control the HVAC (it was rather cold and drafty). We had stayed here years ago under the previous owners; the people here are much friendlier now but the property needs some work still (I assume it was falling apart under the old owners). Communication with the property is also good; we got several text messages regarding our stay, keeping us updated on how incoming weather might affect us.

The bed in room 3 was so comfortable i did not want to leave. The full service breakfast was deliscious with lots of choices including homemade breads and fresh fruit. Everyone was friendly and gave the best customer service! I will be back and very soon!

Delightful!

We had a delightful stay at Greystone bed and breakfast. Self check-in was easy and amenities were plentiful and available. Bed was very comfortable and decorations in room for Victorian mansion period. Full breakfast was delicious. Flavored water, bottled water, snacks, games and books available.
