I found the bed extremely too high to get into. I didn't feel like the refrigerator was cold enough for our food. Otherwise, it was ok and clean.

The lobby smells a bit and the 3rd floor is under renovations and smells of paint. We aren’t overly concerned or upset about it but just mentioning that it as occurring while we were staying on the 3rd floor.

We didn't. Unfortunately my Autistic grandson woke up in the middle of the morning of our check in very ill. There was no way I could take him any where. Even though I paid extra for cancellation, they would even change the date. That will be the last time I will use Hotels.com and more importantly LaQuinta Hotels.

I rarely leave reviews, but I was so disappointed with my stay that I felt I needed to this time. The shower wouldn't turn on because the nozzle on the faucet was corroded, you couldn't lift it. You could tell there were previous problems with the shower because a screw was holding up the one panel and the corners had very thick caulk lines. When I told the front desk they didn't even apologize, I got a "we'll fix it for the next person." There was hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in. Breakfast options were limited and didn't taste great. The work out room doesn't open until 8 a.m. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience and I will not be back.

Great stay!

Tiffany allowed us to check in early. She was very friendly and professional. One key didn’t work, and they immediately fixed it. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but it was free. The bed was absolutely soft and comfortable. The room was a little outdated, but I expected that. I recommend staying here.
