I'm on the 4th floor, the gallwat and my room have a strong septic odor. I'm so tired driving and flights etc. I can't see changing rooms. This should be addressed, and ill mention it when checking out.

Overall great place to stay the only thing for me i wish was better is the toilet paper very thin material. I like it offers breakfast its NOT free but convenient. After opting to go to Dennys we regreted not staying and paying the fee.

Don't come here with a prepaid debit card.

I'm sure it would've been nice to stay at this location of i could've actually stayed there. First they charge my mastercard for the room then it wouldn't take the same card for the deposit!!! The lady at the desk was very nice but there was little she could do to get me checked in. Waste of money

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Our first night we had to switch rooms due to a bed bug situation. Regardless of whatever “investigation” proves it to be my children and I were pretty bitten up. When we called to inquire about a late check out we were advised by the front desk they’d reach out to confirm if that was possible, no one reached out and 30 minutes before the original check out time we decided to CALLBACK up to the front desk that is when we were advised late check out was not available! I couldn’t imagine how much more of an inconvenience it would’ve been if we waited any longer for someone to reach back out. Overall the stay was horribly inconvenient and I wouldn’t recommend.
