Staff are very courteous and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily, bottled water and coffee, personal care items were refilled and fresh towels provided. We love their breakfast buffet and the Halina outdoor restaurant. We were glad they have a beach access which we enjoyed early in the morning before it gets too hot.

Very clean hotel. Nice big room and bathroom. Pool and beach area is nice and breakfast choices were great. The only thing that lets it down is the location. I walked to the Newtown main area and it was through some dodgy areas. Not much else to do within walking distance

Brilliant worth 6 stars if more .we were promptly checked in without delays by staff who recognised us on passed visits . I loved to know their names but I forgot . We were 2 Filipinos & 1 crazy British white guy lol I didn’t get the rooms I reserved but the replacement rooms were lovely. We ate in the Bakery some very nice meals in the evening .then spoilt for choice in the kitchen breakfast buffet

I had an excellent time here. The staff was exceptional and the room was amazing. The location is a ways away from stuff but I got a free lift to Mactan uptown and using grab to get back was easy. The pool and beach area was amazingly tended to. I was very impressed with this property.
