The room was not the cleanest (the AC front was open and the dust and mildew on the inside was bad, vaccuming could have been better, and there were fingerprints and smudges on the bathroom door mirror), but the bed was pretty decent. Pillows were better than normal.

We stayed here as the ratings were really good. Arrived there at night to find nothing but homeless people walking around. They were all on drugs. Did not feel safe there at all. The first room smelled terribly of weed. Asked for another room. The second room was ok. We brought dogs with us. The nice part about the hotel was the grassy area and poop bags/trash cans available to us. The breakfast was also decent.

Although the dront desk two people were helpful and accommodating, the hotel is in dire shape. The smell is unbearable in the room, in the halls, and outside the hotel. I didn't get to sleep one second. Heavy smell of pot in and front of the building. The bathtub had a haul in it.The hotel is rated too high for the low value it provides. The rating was misleading

Ramon at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and diligent for the safety of the property and guests. One suggestion would be to have the local authorities do more to address the homeless situation in the area. Very clean and well maintained hotel for its age.
