Stayed here one night. Everyone slept well. Back in the day this must have been an amazing experience, but it is old and dated now. The lobby is still awesome with the Southwest decor and fountain and pool. The hallway carpet is old, years of dust buildup on the baseboards and ceiling tiles showing water damage with some damaged and out of place. The room door was warped and the bathroom fan smelled like it was going to catch on fire. The door to the balcony also could be replaced. With all that said, the room was clean, the ac worked great and the staff was amazing.

Very sketchy on the outside. Poor condition landscaping, exterior maintenance and appearance. Kind of two steps above “crack house” with homeless in the parking lot and slovenly people stretched out on benches. Interior, however, is well maintained and well kept. Floors are polished, interior design is unique and interesting. Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms were clean, if an bit outdated.

The beds were extremely hard and we questioned if the sheets were actually clean. The hardest part was the loud air conditioner kicking on and off throughout the night. I turned the air off hoping the sound would stop and it was just the facilities ac all around. I got maybe an hour of sleep and wish I would have stayed elsewhere. That was nothing near what I had hoped for in my stay
