Elevators broken have to walk flights and flights of stairs w luggages to get to room and no help offered in this regard , staff cannot use the credit card machine because it malfunctioned . An absolute disaster after a long day flying to Las Vegas to get this type of treatment. No apologies and no compensation

The room we checked in was dirty. Foul smelling bathroom. Smells like sewer. The room carpet was dirty. We cant sleep bec of the noise from rooms adjacent to us. Everytime someone opens the thier room we can hear their doors and also the footsteps.

Location was great next to the Premium Outlets and lots of restaurants. Downside room was super dark with 2 lights. Bathroom door wouldn't close the tiled floor was rising and tiles were loose. The water in the shower wouldn't shut off all the way. Location got it 2 stars!

The room was not cleaned, small pieces of trash were on the floor near the desk. I always check for bugs and when i checked the pillows sure enough there was bugs on the pillow cases, i removed the linens to check for more bugs and found a live bug walking around on top of the mattress linen. For the price they charge i expect the rooms and facility to be cleaner. I told the service attendant at front desk about the bugs and he apologized and offered to give me another room. I myself would never book again. Very disappointed, i would fire the cleaning lady (if they have one) cos clearly she does not do her job AT ALL.

GROSS, DISGUSTING & DISTURBING!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Where should I start? As I was searching for a hotel for 2 nights in Vegas, I came across the Baymont. There were mixed reviews, but most people said they liked it well enough to stay again, and the breakfast was amazing. While I can vouch for the breakfast, though amazing is a far stretch, I would NEVER EVER stay here again!!! The breakfast: Let's get this out the way. It's better than continental, but definitely NOT amazing. There's waffles, muffins, coffee, and eggs. So, it's decent, but I think the disgusting rooms overrides any cheep breakfast. The rooms: OMG, I thought I was in a horror movie, and just when I thought it couldn't get worse, it did!!! So, apparently I booked a room accessible for the disabled. I didn't think much of it because, why should it matter. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room, but at a deep look I was mortified. The sheets looked worn, there were stains all over the carpet and walls, but the bathroom was the worst! The shower had nasty hair all over it. The floor, the shower seat and handles all had long stands of hair that possibly wasn't cleaned out from the last guest. When I went to turn the shower on, the hand-held shower head was so loose, it exploded off the wall and everything in my hands, and bathroom floor was drenched. New Room: I couldn't take it anymore and called the front desk. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, it did!

Manager Christina is horrible Very unprofessional very aggressive over the phone. Room- was filthy I wish I had read other reviews. Do not stay here, not even Orbitz could help me with obtaining a refund!

Ben at the front desk made us feel like we were family. Was ther to check us in quickly, answered questions with a smile and help with directions. Room was clean, neat and ready when we arrived.Convenient location to the main strip and the airport. Next time I'm in Vegas, I will definitely be booking a room here again.
