We must have had bad luck. Only one elevator was working. The cooling tower made noise. The garbage disposal didn’t work but the plumber WAS on it. Doug did a great job. I didn’t like that we were pressured to attend the hotel’s presentation. We canceled and received two follow up calls to try and convince us otherwise. I only answered because I thought it had to do with the noisy pipes. They did send follow up texts regarding room satisfaction though. In all, it was ok. I don’t think we will return though.

After checking in, the staff will offer & pressure to attend a time share presentation. The rep offered giftings to attend the presentation, however after the presentation the gifting offered was not produced. We receive 1 of 3 items that was offered. The rep lied about what was offered and the we spoke with 2 supervisors which they couldn’t resolve to provide us with the gifts offered to attend due to their “ budget”. Then the rep should’ve never offered what couldn’t be given to begin with. He lied to get his referral numbers. I would never attend one of these again- it was a waste of time. To make matters worse is that we purchased the product and the end result we didn’t get what was promised. The product itself is nice but the customer service and the rep up to how the managers handled the situation was terrible. So beware on these presentations.

The only thing we enjoyed was the pool along with the waterslides.. every time we walked into the building the smell of the perfume or whatever it is they put on the rug to make it not smell like bad odor was beyond horrible and gave myself and my wife a migraine. We literally had to hold our breaths or breathe out of our mouth to get to our room or the front door of the building because it would trigger a headache or migraine. The other thing is our AC continue to shut off and we had to constantly turn it off and on with the breaker. The restroom got cold the kitchen and living room got cold, but our bedroom was hot at all times when the AC would stay on.

This is a very nice hotel. It has been renovated. Half of the pool is closed on weekdays due to lack of lifeguards, but it is not a problem, there is enough space for everyone. My children had a great time on the water slides! The room was very clean and beautiful. Clean linens. Spacious rooms. I definitely recommend it to everyone!
