I reserved 2 rooms with 1 king and 2 twins but when I checked in, there were no more rooms. What was the point of reservation? Security had such a bad attitude for being asked to check a door lock around midnight. Pool slide wasn’t open due to not enough staff but they should have expected that. We couldn’t find luggage carts by the parking area. Bathroom sinks were making an awful noise after use.

Overall the stay was great. A few of staff during check in time were very short and unfriendly. We did not appreciate that. This stay was not given to us, we paid our hard earned money for it.

The stay was just fine. We stayed there 10 years ago or so and wanted to try it again with our son. There are pros and cons. First off, the entire staff was super friendly. Calm under stress and dealing with rude people. Great job!! The lifeguards are A+! The grounds are very relaxing. It's pretty easy to find a chair or somewhere to hang out around the pool area.....if it's open. It was always closed during our stay. Not enough lifeguards. They moved almost everyone to the pool in back behind the waterslides. Waterslides were always closed as well. I felt bad for all the kids staying there. Frozen treat machine was broken the entire time we were there. Bummed out my kiddo. Oh well. Nothing has been updated since we stayed there 10+ years ago. The rooms are basic. They have what you need, no frills. Our dishwasher was broken. Random utensils provided. Check that you have what you need before you buy groceries from across the street. Both stays we've had balconies facing the strip. Absolutely awesome! Huge is an understatement. Relaxing on cool nights watching the planes come in, viewing the entire skyline. Parking is good by Vegas standards. Easy access to interstates for day trips to Death Valley, Zion, Hoover/Grand Canyon. It's a time share resort. They'll make an attempt. The price was great. I wouldn't mind paying higher prices for updated amenities though. We'd stay again for the value, friendliness of the staff, and view to the north.

Well we stayed there before. Some things have changed and I did not enjoyed it. 1. Check in a little slow 2. The pool closes at 8 now. So disappointed about that. 10 pm was ideal for us and one of the reasons I loved that hotel. Yes. Loved. Past tense. 3. The pool and Jacuzzi had way to much chlorine or something. My eyes were burning and I felt a little sick even after showering in my room. 4. The floor in my room looked dirty. 5. $300 security deposit??? That is outrageous. 6. The lifeguards were super rude. 7. Not allowed to take the towels from the pool to the room? So I freeze all the way. I'm not stealing them... 8. Just one pot to cook, I mean, in a room for 6 people, one tiny pot??? What am I supposed to do with that? 9. The conditioner in the bathroom. If you have long hair, I doesn't work at all 10. Just one entrance to the pool, we had to walk all the way around it. Not cool. 11. The TVs in the rooms, cable only, no option to stream anything, just the living room one. I love the staff, it is quiet, the bedding is great. I don't think I'm going back.
