We stayed at this resort several times in the past. This visit was by far not the best stay. We did arrive early morning and they got us in a room early but had to take a non rennovated room. Dissapointment fell in the outdated appliances in our unit, stove was off level so every pan tilted back not allowing even cooking surface, toaster seemed to have inky a burnt level even on lowest setting, this unit did not provide hand towels or pot holders to remove hot food from oven, had to use bath towels instead. Not much in the kitchen like others before. Coukd just be the tineshare owner being skimpy and cheap. The activity center closed early several days and our last day closed all morning before we had to leave. Obviously didnt get resort fee used much, pool closed in 2 of the 3 areas the entire time, maybe staffing issues? And the most annoying i never noticed in the past is the amount of people talked into walking the property for timeshare sales. Every 10 min someone past the pool area which was just that annoying all day long the one day we got to sit out. Other than that, i would have preferred for the rate paid a better quality unit. May not stay here in the future unless things change.
