We couldn't connect to WiFi the entire time – the signal was always too low to reliably connect or non-existent. Cell service also happened to be spotty, which rendered our hotspots nearly useless. So I was unable to work and my daughter had major issues taking her online midterm and a lab practical. Lack of WiFi resulted in a lot of headaches and unnecessary stress.

Please note, we stayed in the king studio, which is the smallest room they have. The property is nice, but our room had a few issues. We were in building 1, which isn't as large or as nice as building 2, but it still has plenty of amenities such as a decent gym, sports court, and swimming pool. The room itself was not any bigger than any other hotel room and contained only a small kitchenette with a coffee machine, toaster, mini fridge, microwave, and sink. They had a couple of plates, silverware, and dish soap in the cabinets, which we appreciated. Even though the room and kitchenette were small, they were functional. Our primary issue with this property was the noise from other guests. We were able to hear everything going on in the rooms next to us and no one was being particularly noisy. The sound proofing is just bad. We felt like we had to whisper in the mornings until we heard our neighbors wake up. The other minor issue was that the rooms are not well kept. Our room was clean, but plaster was falling off the walls and caulking was pulling up in the bathroom. This is common in 1 or even 2 star hotel rooms, but 3 star hotels are typically better maintained. Overall, the property was nice, but the room was not great. We made it work, but will likely choose another hotel for future stays.

When I called, they got me into my room early. That was extremely helpful, because otherwise I would have had to take a meeting in a coffee shop. My only complaint would be the noise from our next-door neighbor. The walls seem to be very thin, and we could easily hear their music and later their romantic activity.

We loved staying here! The staff was friendly, and even gave us an extra hour of checkout time. It's almost like staying in an older apartment. We had our own private balcony, there was a big tub, AND a washer/dryer! It was so much more space than you can get on the strip. My only complaints are that (1) the beds make a lot of noise, due to the plastic mattress protector. The sound woke me up several times. (2) We spent so much money on Ubers to get from the hotel to our activities (this hotel isn't near anything). It would probably be cheaper to stay on the strip if you have a lot of places to go/be.

Bed mattress was lumpy, same with the pillows. The window weatherstripping was falling off. We were charged a ‘resort fee’? What’s that?? They didn’t offer breakfast… We were given a room which could open to another room (adjoining) - and we could hear and understand EVERYTHING the people in that room said! and they were LOUD! At times they seemed to be fighting. We chose not to call the front desk because we were afraid it was a domestic violence situation and knew the people would know it was us that reported them. They calmed down after an hour and a half, then about 3 am turned the TV on real loud which woke us up!! When we told the front desk gal about our night, she scolded us for not contacting them at the time, because she would have had us change rooms. In the middle of the night we’re going to pack up everything and MOVE rooms at 3 am?!! We would not recommend this motel to anyone.
