The room was nice and clean. I loved the walk in shower and the super nice and big shower head. Dint require much on the housekeeping side. Towels were changed out one day. I found the machines to be very stingy. Talked to several other players that said the very same thing.

Everything was wonderful except for bacon nation our waitress never came back to us to see if we wanted any coffee at all never came to us to see if we needed anything or how our breakfast was nothing and we sat there for an hour and a half waiting for our bill when we were done within 20 minutes unacceptable

Would not stay here again. Rooms too loud from Fremont Street. The bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc) was the cheapest I have ever seen. We had limited towels on check in, the remote didn't work. Stains on carpeting. We paid a resort fee for nothing, don't understand where that goes.

Air conditioning didn’t work and leaked all over our floor. Maintenance fixed but left dirty towel on floor as to “soak up the water”. TV in friends room didn’t work. Waterline in other friends room didn’t work. Couldn’t use the shower, sink, or toilet. Caused the entire room to smell like sewage.

Room was horribly noisy from music on the street. Asked at 1am to be moved to a quieter room. Was told they could move us to a quieter room for $200/night. No thanks. Went down to the front desk at 9am to get moved again. They said they would call us when a room was available. No call. Tried again in mid afternoon. After endless complaining, they finally moved us across the hall. Much better because it was not on the street with the band playing till 3am. We basically wasted 24 hours in Las Vegas trying to get moved so we could sleep. We go to vegas a lot and it was our first time staying there. We will never stay there again.
