The service was pretty good, but the room was not as advertise did not look like a picture and it was already. The person at the front desk told me I got an upgrade and the birthday room and there was no way that this was any type of upgrade. Everything looked very old worn down. I actually did not even stay.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever been to

First, let me say, the staff was great. They did what they could. Having said that, I was not a fan of having to walk through to the lobby just to access my hotel room. I am a non-smoker and had business meetings for two days and I could not escape The cigarette smell. The other issue was the general odor of the hotel. My room was dusty and smelled like a homeless person stayed there for a week. I actually threw all my cloths I wore outside in the garbage. What’s with the half shower door with a hole in it . I checked in @ 2pm, paid an extra $25 for early. I checked out early. I got another hotel for the rest of my trip. I requested a refund and was denied. So since I paid for the experience, you’ll get the truth.

Room was basic. Carpets need a good cleaning as they leave your feet dark if you walk around on them barefoot. AC could have worked a little better but we were moderately comfortable.
