Hotel location was great . Located in the middle of Fremont street experience perfect for someone looking to have a great time. I rated one star it’s only because during my stay I’ve encountered somewhat to be bed bug bites on my dad and I during our stay . When I bring up the issue, yes they did move us to another room. With no assistance with the move. I have to do it on my own while my father is 89 yrs old in a wheelchair . Then when I ask if it’s possible to remove my hotel resort fee charge for the inconvenience, the manager reply “ we have to do a full investigation before any compensation can be issue“ not sure what investigation need when I show them the bed bug bites on my body ..i told them that when I get back home, I’ll go to my local clinic and have it check out . Now I got home and doctors diagnosed as bed bug bites . Now I calling the hotel multiple time and only be giving run around and disregarded with no call back and hotel taking this as a joke . Now my dad and I on 4 different medication to treat the symptoms but yet no response from this hotel . So yes 1 star if possible maybe even zero

We love to stay in this hotel. Everyone is friendly so is the valet. Overall it's so nice. Just the restaurant Bacon Nation inside the hotel. Service slow & food not great.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I liked the upgraded bathroom. However, the air conditioner was very noisy and old. It would be nice to have a coffee machine, a small refrigerator, and two chairs in the room. Overall, a decent stay but needs a few improvements.
